Full Job Description Job Summary:
Assists with activities within the Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Finance areas. Assists in planning, coordinating, and administering the general accounting activities including budgeting, internal controls, and financial reporting. Ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial statements in accordance with HSA Corporate and hospital policies and procedures and in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Assists in the preparation of various financial reports (on a daily, weekly, monthly and as required basis), account reconciliations/analysis, monthly journal entries preparation/posting, and special projects as needed.Position Qualification:
(Training, Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities) 3 to 5 years of accounting experience. Hospital accounting experience preferred, but not required. 2 to 3 years of physician practice experience, required Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically spreadsheets. Ability to multi-task.Required Licenses/Certifications:
