This is a true all-hands-on-deck role with exposure across the full accounting cycle:

Handle full-cycle Accounts Payable & Accounts ReceivableProcess vendor invoices, 3-way matching, and manage payment termsManage collections, cash applications, and customer paymentsPerform account reconciliations and maintain accurate recordsSupport month-end close and financial reportingBuild and monitor reporting dashboards and key financial reportsAssist with QuickBooks to Sage implementation and transitionPartner with leadership to improve processes as the department grows
