Toyota Service technician Job Description The Automotive Service Technician at Headquarter Toyota in Hialeah, FL plays a vital role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicle automotive systems with precision and expertise.

A collaborative team atmosphere Comprehensive Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance Paid Vacation after 1 year of service 401(K) & 401(k) Matching Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Efficiently perform work as outlined on repair orders Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicle automotive systems Collaborate with the parts department to acquire necessary parts Thoroughly examine vehicles for additional safety or service requirements Promptly communicate with service advisors for any unnecessary work Document all work performed accurately Conduct road tests on vehicles when needed Maintain a clean and organized shop area Stay updated on federal, state, and local regulations Provide detailed labor and time estimates for additional repairs Effectively communicate mechanical diagnoses and required repairs to service advisors and customers Participate in ongoing formal training to stay current with advancing technology Handle any other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Adherence to the company's uniform policy Preferably, previous auto repair and dealership service department experience Team-oriented, adaptable, and focused on delivering exceptional customer service Proficient in using shop equipment and must have own tools Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays under a rotating schedule
