Staff Accountant perform the following functions: Maintaining, preparing and resolving general ledger accounts reconciliations and discrepancies. Preparing and posting journal entries to general ledgers. Assist with trends, budgeting and forecasting processes. Prepare and analyze financial reporting. Assist branch and department staff with any accounting-related issues. Assist management and staff with projects as needed. Recommend new or innovative ideas to improve overall work environment. Exhibit a high degree of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism always. Exude a positive and professional attitude with members and partners consistently. Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in accounting is required. 3+ years of accounting experience. Strong documentation, exceptional analytical and communication skills. Solid Understanding of accounting principal. Working Knowledge of GAAP. Proficiency with DNA, Microsoft EprincipleWord; familiarity with
