full-time Investment Operations & Fund Accounting Analyst Join a highly respected financial services firm with a diverse investment portfolio and a strong reputation for excellence. We are seeking an experienced Investment Operations & Fund Accounting Analyst to play a key role in supporting the accounting, reporting, and operational activities of our investment funds. This is more than a traditional accounting role. We're looking for someone who enjoys working directly with investors, fund administrators, and other external partners while helping ensure the accuracy and integrity of fund operations. What You'll Do Maintain accurate accounting records and reporting for multiple investment funds and entities. Review fund administrator reports and reconcile investor statements to ensure accuracy and transparency. Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations related to cash, investments, capital activity, and fund transactions. Support month-end and year-end close processes in partnership with internal finance and operations teams. Assist with the preparation and review of GAAP-compliant financial statements. Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and other external service providers during audits and regulatory filings. Monitor and track capital calls, investor contributions, distributions, and allocations. Investigate and resolve discrepancies while identifying opportunities to improve processes and controls. Serve as a professional point of contact for investors, fund administrators, and external stakeholders. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in fund accounting, investment accounting, financial reporting, or financial services. Exposure to private equity, hedge funds, alternative investments, or similar investment structures. Experience working with fund administrators, auditors, and external partners. Advanced Excel skills; experience with accounting, reporting, or portfolio management systems is preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and client-facing environment. What's in it for you!
