Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Monthly write up in QuickBooks online and desktop for various types of business industries.
- Reconcile bank and credit cards accounts.
- Filing of sales tax and payroll return, when applicable, QuickBooks Experience are a MUST!
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting,
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of debits, credits, and basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in using accounting software (Quickbooks)
- Familiarity with tax regulations and reporting requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
