Full-Time (hybrid options available) Ledgent Accounting & Finance is seeking a Senior Accountant for a growing manufacturing organization. This position will be responsible for the full accounting cycle for multiple business entities, including month-end close, financial reporting, fixed assets, tax compliance, and consolidated reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently while partnering with cross-functional teams. $75,000-$95,000 - DOE Key Responsibilities Manage the monthly close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions. Prepare monthly financial statements and financial reporting packages , including variance analyses compared to budget and prior-year results. Perform cost accounting activities within a manufacturing environment. Maintain and reconcile fixed assets , including capital project tracking, capitalization, depreciation, and fixed asset ledger management. Manage and process credit memos as needed. Prepare and file Sales and Use Tax returns and assist with property tax compliance. Support internal and external audit requests by providing financial schedules and documentation. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and special finance initiatives. Coordinate monthly financial reporting and consolidation activities with corporate and parent company stakeholders. Develop strong working relationships across the organization while supporting company policies and operational objectives. Qualifications 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience Experience with month-end close, cost accounting, financial statement preparation, and account reconciliations. Knowledge of fixed assets , Sales and Use Tax , and financial reporting processes. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities. Experience with ERP systems. Audit experience is a plus.
