Are you a licensed CPA who enjoys tax work and wants to take ownership of preparing and reviewing returns? We are partnering with an established public accounting firm in West Palm Beach that is looking for an experienced Tax CPA to join its team. This opportunity is ideal for someone with previous public accounting experience who is confident working with different types of tax returns and values working collaboratively from the office. Responsibilities Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns Work with individual, corporate, partnership, and trust returns Review tax documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance Research tax matters and assist with tax-planning strategies Communicate with clients to obtain information and answer tax-related questions Assist with tax notices, audits, and other compliance matters Manage deadlines and multiple client engagements throughout the year Qualifications Active CPA license required Previous experience working for a public accounting firm required Strong experience preparing and reviewing tax returns Knowledge of individual and business taxation Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues Willingness and ability to work on-site in West Palm Beach This is a great opportunity for a tax professional who wants to bring their public accounting experience to a firm where they can contribute immediately and continue developing their expertise.
