Job Description

(formerly Robins, Eskew, Smith & Jordan) have provided a comprehensive range of accounting, audit and tax services for individuals and privately held companies throughout the greater metro-Atlanta area. We have built our firm around one principle: integrity. Duties:
  • Prepare basic tax returns for individuals, smaller corporations and partnerships
  • Prepare amended tax returns
  • Prepare property tax returns
  • Prepare sales tax returns
  • Prepare payroll tax returns
  • Perform monthly bookkeeping for at least 1 or 2 clients
  • Perform basic tax research
  • Compose responses to taxing authorities
  • Prepare for and pass CPA exam
  • Develop proficiency with firm software
  • Develop inter-personal skills with clients and colleagues Skills Strong understanding of GAAP and governmental accounting standards with experience in corporate accounting environments.
Excellent numeracy skills coupled with the ability to perform detailed account analysis and account reconciliation tasks accurately. Knowledge of technical accounting concepts such as debits & credits, journal entries, double entry bookkeeping, and general ledger reconciliation. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills for collaborating across teams and supporting audit processes or internal inquiries. Experience with UltraTax and the Thomson Reuters CS Professional Suite a plus Embark on a rewarding career path where your expertise fuels our growth! Pay:
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
