Who:
We are seeking a qualified candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to effectively lead a team and manage financial functions.
What:
As a Property Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities. This includes supervising our part-time bookkeeper, managing internal controls, providing leadership to our accounting team, and handling treasury matters such as cash management and debt compliance. Additionally, you will prepare financial reports, review accounts payable and receivable, conduct balance sheet reconciliations, manage property transactions, coordinate property insurance and tax assessments, and oversee office management duties.
