Junior Project Accountant

Job DescriptionJob Description Our construction related client is looking for a Jr Project Accountant. Family office

Environment Location:

Broadview, IL 100% on site

Duties:

Entering and maintaining job cost information in Deltek Perform all billing, including processing 2-3 AIA pay requests per day Oversee project documentation for each building/job, including multiple cost categories related to replacements and subcontractors Ensure all purchase orders are signed Confirm all required documentation is completed accurately Process and track change orders and job costing Ensure warranty documentation is processed in a timely manner Assist with scheduling coordination alongside production employees

Volume:

Approximately 4-5 active jobs at any given time, 3-4 projects involving subcontractors, 3-4 projects related to the service group

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in

Construction Related Accounting:

Accounts receivables, general office, construction documents, general accounting, and notary.

Salary Range:
