  • Key Responsibilities and Duties Prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and maintain general ledger accuracy across multiple entities Support monthly, quarterly, and year end close, including financial statements and reporting packages Assist with audit prep, gathering documentation and responding to auditor requests Partner with internal teams on financial analysis, reporting, and special projects Worked with external tax advisors to provide supporting schedules and data for filings Review and analyze balance sheet accounts to resolve discrepancies Support year end reporting requirements, including data compilation for regulatory and internal needs Manage multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required CPA certification or CPA track preferred Minimum of 3 to 5+ years of accounting experience Experience or strong background in real estate, property accounting, or investment environments Experience in healthcare real estate, REITs, or commercial real estate strongly preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel required Experience with Yardi or similar property accounting systems preferred Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast paced environment Strong analytical skills with the ability to work both independently and cross functionally A bit about us:•Growing real estate investment and operations organization with a diversified portfolio spanning healthcare, commercial, and other asset types.
