$80,000- 95,000 base, plus annual bonus Overview Join a 100% employee-owned Chicago-area general contractor with nearly two centuries of history building schools, hospitals, housing, and stadiums. With three $70M+ public jobs and a new housing authority contract ramping up, we need a Project Accountant to work directly with our Treasurer and PM team using Sage Intacct! Compensation & Perks $80,000
- 95,000 base + annual bonus, no ceiling on growth 100% ESOP
- annual share grants up to 25% of salary, vested by year six!

Requirements 5+ years project accounting (commercial/public construction, not residential) Certified payroll, AIA billing, lien waivers Public works experience preferred (MWRD, CPS, CDB, CDOT, IDOT) Strong Excel; GC or sub background (GC preferred) Sage Intacct ERP highly preferred Background check and drug screening (including cannabis) required. Not a remote role- must be able to work on-site.
