Redo Cabinets Staff Accountant $55,000-$65,000/year What We Offer Competitive annual salary of $55,000-$65,000 , based on experience Full-time position with a stable and growing company Opportunity to play an important role in supporting the company's financial operations Collaborative team environment with opportunities for professional growth Opportunity to grow with a company focused on quality, accountability, and continued success About the Role Manage daily Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including reviewing invoices, processing payments, maintaining vendor records, and resolving discrepancies Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including posting customer payments, monitoring outstanding balances, and maintaining accurate records Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks , including preparing and posting journal entries and ensuring general ledger accuracy Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations while reviewing balance sheet accounts and investigating discrepancies Assist with month-end and year-end close , financial reporting, payroll-related accounting, and additional accounting and finance projects as needed Key Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience required , including experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks , journal entries, general ledger accounting, debits and credits, and account reconciliations Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and experience assisting with month-end close and financial reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office , with strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, work independently, and contribute to a collaborative team Why Redo Cabinets Family-owned and trusted since 1953 2024 & 2025 Guildmaster Award Winner , Big50 Award Winner , 2023 Top 500 Remodeler , and A+ BBB Rating Join a growing company where your work directly supports the success of the business Collaborative environment focused on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement Opportunity to build a rewarding career with a company that invests in its people About Redo Cabinets For more than 70 years , Redo Cabinets has helped homeowners transform their kitchens with beautiful, high-quality remodeling solutions.
