Senior Accountant
Job Description
If you are an experienced accounting professional who takes pride in accurate financials, clean reconciliations, and being a trusted resource for your team and your ERP system, we would like to connect with you. Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join the accounting team at Lensing Building Specialties. This role blends traditional accounting responsibilities with process improvement, data analytics, and reporting automation. You will manage account reconciliations, support ERP systems operations, and help drive accounting automation and reporting improvements, working closely with the Controller and accounting team to keep our financial operations running smoothly and accurately. What You'll Do Comfort using AI tools for reporting and process work Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years of accounting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and high integrity Comfort using AI tools for reporting and process work Preferred Experience CPA or progress toward CPA Experience with DMSI Agility or similar ERP systems Distribution, wholesale, or building products experience Even if you don't meet all qualifications, we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and are willing to be trained.
