Position OverviewOur Client is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their accounting team. This role blends traditional accounting responsibilities with process improvement, data analytics, and reporting automation. You will manage account reconciliations, support ERP systems operations, and help drive accounting automation and reporting improvements, working closely with the Controller and accounting team to keep financial operations running smoothly and accurately.
What You'll DoComfort using AI tools for reporting and process workPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance3+ years of accounting experienceStrong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accountingProficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong attention to detail and high integrityComfort using AI tools for reporting and process workPreferred ExperienceCPA or progress toward CPAExperience with DMSI Agility or similar ERP systemsDistribution, wholesale, or building products experience
