Payroll Accountant Location:

Key Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure proper documentation for audits and reporting.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and assist with general ledger entries related to payroll.
- Prepare and file payroll tax reports and ensure timely payments.
- Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to resolve payroll-related issues.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes related to payroll.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in payroll accounting or general accounting.
- Strong understanding of payroll systems, tax regulations, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
