• Health, Dental, Vision, Life, STD & LTD 401(k) with company match PTO, Vacation, Holidays Stable company with strong leadership and long-term growth Key Responsibilities Analyze production variances, material costs, and cost trends Lead month-end close activities including GL balancing and reporting Monitor and improve inventory accuracy and cycle count processes Maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, and item master data Partner with operations, logistics, and finance teams to identify cost savings Support pricing analysis and communicate cost drivers Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and fixed asset reconciliations Ensure accurate tracking of material, labor, and inventory costs Drive continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with at least three years of manufacturing cost accounting experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory management, standard costing, and variance analysis, as well as proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite. They should demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams. A high level of attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently is essential for success in this role.
