The Opportunity As the Payroll Accountant, you will have the opportunity to: Assist in the preparation of weekly Union Payroll and monthly Union reporting in a timely and accurate manner Coordinate weekly with various Black & Veatch departments to ensure end-to-end processing is completed Works under frequent supervision Key Responsibilities Assist in processing weekly Union Payrolls. Assist in completing and filing monthly Union reports. Coordinate with Human Resources and Construction Field Timekeeping to ensure accurate information is provided as it applies to the Recording of Time. Close communication with Management. Submits manual journal entries to the GL Accounting team. Work with IT to secure assistance with special reporting needs. Work closely with the Payroll team to complete monthly Union reporting. Assist fellow Payroll co-workers on Payroll processing tasks as time permits. Assists with additional Payroll Processing and special projects, as assigned
