Up to $100K base Position Overview We are seeking a Financial Reporting Accountant to join an established corporate accounting and financial reporting team. This role will support the preparation of internal and external financial reporting, quarterly financial statements, and equity-related accounting. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive accounting experience , including hands-on financial reporting experience within industry. Public accounting experience is highly valued, but candidates should have experience beyond a purely audit-focused role. Responsibilities Prepare internal and external financial reporting packages Assist with preparation of quarterly financial statements and reporting Support equity accounting and transactions , including stock options and stock repurchases Prepare supporting schedules, reconciliations, and financial statement documentation Partner with accounting leadership throughout the quarter-end and year-end close/reporting process Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and compliant with applicable accounting standards Assist with audit requests and supporting documentation Adapt to changing priorities and take ownership of reporting responsibilities within a collaborative team Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting required 5+ years of accounting experience preferred Strong financial reporting experience within industry Experience with equity transactions/accounting strongly preferred Prior public accounting experience, particularly with a national or Big 4 firm, is a plus CPA preferred, but not required Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial statement preparation Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment #INSEP2026
