The Senior Accountant will support the company's accounting operations, driving alignment and efficiency within the accounting organization. This role encompasses the monthly close cycle, financial reporting, cost/project accounting, internal controls, and process improvements, utilizing ERP and other reporting software. Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. 3-5 years of relevant experience. Progressive experience working in public accounting firm or industrial services company. CPA license or eligibility highly desired. Strong knowledge and experience in cost accounting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to foster collaboration and build strong relationships. A results-driven mindset with a focus on improving performance, services, and outcomes. Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of industry trends and market competitors.
