Pro Comfort Control Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning | In-Person or hybrid | Approximately 10-15 Hours/Week Pro Comfort Control is seeking an experienced Part-Time Accountant to support our growing HVAC and plumbing company. This is a hands-on, in-person role for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced with ServiceTitan and QuickBooks Online . Responsibilities Review invoices and completed jobs for accuracy Review accounts payable and vendor transactions Prepare weekly payroll Track commissions and bonuses Perform general ledger review and reconciliations Review ServiceTitan and QuickBooks for discrepancies Assist with job costing and financial reporting Prepare and file applicable tax filings Create and improve accounting SOPs and processes Assist with month-end accounting tasks Qualifications ServiceTitan experience required Strong QuickBooks Online experience Accounting/bookkeeping experience, preferably in HVAC, plumbing, construction, or home services Experience with payroll, AP/AR, GL reconciliations, and job costing Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Schedule Approximately 10-15 hours per week In-person position with some hours flexible as hybrid Consistent weekly schedule with some flexibility This position is intended to remain part-time and is ideal for an experienced accountant looking for a consistent, long-term role with a growing family-owned company.

Pay:
