Staff Accountant Responsibilities:

Own inventory-heavy Accounts Payable processing Process invoices, perform three-way matching, and ensure payment accuracy Research discrepancies, prevent duplicate payments, and communicate with vendors Maintain vendor documentation including W-9s Support general accounting and cross-train across additional functions

Staff Accountant Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required P21 / Prophet 21 experience strongly preferred Distribution and inventory accounting experience Strong Accounts Payable background Solid understanding of GAAP Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment #
