Duties Manage data entry tasks related to accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Utilize accounting software such as Sage and Netsuite to process invoices, payments, and financial transactions. Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents, receipts, and vendor records. Handle front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors professionally. Prepare spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Office tools for financial analysis and record keeping. Perform clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. Support bookkeeping activities by reconciling accounts, verifying transactions, and ensuring data accuracy. Contribute to team efforts by providing administrative support and managing time-sensitive tasks efficiently. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a focus on accounting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent math skills and strong attention to detail. Strong computer skills including data entry, spreadsheet management, and document processing. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Previous experience in clerical work or front desk operations is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of general bookkeeping practices and basic accounting principles.
