• Oversee daily accounting tasks, including managing the general ledger, reconciling accounts, and handling month-end close processes.
• Prepare detailed financial statements and reports in alignment with company standards.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely processing and resolution.
• Support audit activities by compiling schedules and providing necessary documentation.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analyses to guide business strategies.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement more efficient accounting workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and special initiatives.
• Utilize accounting software to generate reports and perform in-depth financial analyses.
• Apply knowledge of inventory and cost accounting when applicable.
