Senior Corporate Accountant (Contract - 6 Months)Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Accountant for a 6-month contract assignment. This role will support corporate accounting operations, month-end close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and general ledger activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processesPrepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedulesMaintain general ledger accuracy and ensure compliance with accounting policiesAssist with financial statement preparation and internal reportingAnalyze balance sheet and income statement accounts and resolve discrepanciesSupport audits and provide requested documentationPartner with finance and cross-functional teams on accounting initiatives and process improvementsEnsure compliance with GAAP and internal controlsCareer Insights for Accountant (General)
