You will work directly alongside firm leadership, gain immediate exposure to complex tax and advisory projects, and see exactly how an accounting practice runs. The Impact You Will Make End-to-End Client Ownership:
Manage bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting for a diverse client portfolio.
Tax Preparation & Advisory:
Prepare individual and business tax returns under direct mentorship from senior staff, while learning to spot advisory opportunities.
Process Optimization:
Help a growing, modern firm streamline its tech stack and improve client onboarding workflows.
Direct Client Communication:
Serve as a trusted, professional point of contact for clients, answering day-to-day inquiries.
What We Are Looking For Education:
Bachelor's degree in
Accounting Experience:
1-3 years of public accounting experience. You must be able to work independently but know when to seek help and guidance.
Software Savvy:
High proficiency in QuickBooks, ProSeries, and Microsoft Excel.
Reliability:
High attention to detail, strict client confidentiality, and the readiness to pull together with the team during busy season (January-April). What We Offer Competitive base salary tailored to your experience level. Weekly direct-deposit payroll. 401(k) plan eligibility after one year of service.
