Associate Accountant

Essential Responsibilities:

Prepare tax returns for business, organizations, and individuals; collaborate with team members to complete comple client project. Maintain Quickooks Online files (bank reconciliations, AP/AR, payroll) and bank reconciliations. Apply foundational knowledge of general accounting principles, tax regualtions, and auditing standards in daily work. Utilize accounting software and systems eddectively to ensure high-quality, accurate, and efficient processing. Analyze and review client financial statements and accounting records for accuracy and compliance. Responf to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner. Strive toward meetinf charge hour goals while staying within budget contraints; may take lead on smaller accounting engagements. Engage in ongoing education and participate in firm and community engagement opportunities to expand knowledge and build potential client relationships Identify and communicate opportunities for additional service engagements for clients. Perform other related duties, as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Education•Associate's degree in Accounting (required) orBachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred) License/Certifications•

CPA:

pass or be in the process to attain

CPA Pay:

$45,000.00•$70,000.00 per year
