Job Description
- This role supports core accounting functions including A/P, AR, Payroll, inventory and financial reporting.
- Work in a team environment and be responsible for data entry and payment of invoices, work with suppliers to resolve problems, process credit card bills, set up new employees, review timecards for accuracy, and provide payroll information to payroll processor.
- Produce monthly financial statements for owners
- Develop daily processes to ensure accurate recording of sales and COGS by product category.
- Review financial results to identify errors
- Perform month end close activities including reconciling bank accounts and credit card statements.
- analyzing monthly financial reports and margin by product. Report on trends and significant variances.
- Other duties as assigned.
