Responsibilities:
- Review financial records and statements
- Prepare and post journal entries to maintain accurate accounting documentation
- Reconcile general ledger activity and investigate discrepancies to ensure reliable reporting
- Perform bookkeeping tasks that support the accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Analyze account balances and transaction details to identify inconsistencies or unusual activity
- Use Microsoft Excel to organize financial information, build tracking schedules, and summarize findings
