• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Biller
• AIA Accountant to join our dynamic team in the construction industry.

This position plays a critical role in the financial management of our organization, ensuring accurate billing, collections, and accounts receivable management. The successful candidate will also be proficient in using software like SAGE and Salesforce, and will be responsible for accounts reconciliations and maintaining effective communication between internal partners and external organizations.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Biller

• AIA Accountant, your main duties will include: 1.

Managing all aspects of billing, collections, and accounts receivable operations. 2. Overseeing the preparation of invoices and ensuring they are sent out promptly. 3. Utilizing SAGE and Salesforce software for accounting and data management purposes. 4. Conducting regular accounts reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy. 5. Communicating effectively with internal partners to resolve any billing discrepancies and to maintain financial transparency. 6. Liaising with external organizations such as clients and suppliers for billing and collections purposes. 7. Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards. 8. Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements. 9. Participating in financial audits and implementing recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• AIA Accountant position must have the following qualifications: 1.

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in billing, collections, and accounts receivable management, preferably in the construction industry. 3. Proficiency in using SAGE and Salesforce software for accounting purposes. 4. Strong knowledge of accounts reconciliations and financial reporting. 5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal partners and external organizations. 6. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to financial accuracy. 7. A strong understanding of financial regulations and standards. 8. The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
