Job Description
CONSTRUCTION
is seeking applicants for a full-time Staff Accountant position. This individual will assist in organizing general accounting activities for Patco Construction and other related entities. The Staff Accountant will assist in preparing accounting and financial statements/reports, work with the Controller and other managers on annual budgets, will assist in preparing and filing all statutory reports (payroll, use tax, etc.), and ensures accurate accounting systems and reporting for payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash management.Required Experience and Skills:
Positive attitude Three or more years of construction accounting experience Experience in a multiple entity small office environment Full-cycle accounting including Financial Statement preparation Working with external Accountants/Auditors Deadline driven with strong attention to detail Two or more years of payroll experience Strong Excel and MS Office skills AIA billing Budgeting Accounts Payable experience Accounts Receivable experienceEducation:
Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance - requiredAdditional Information:
