This is a hands-on role supporting multiple active construction projects while partnering closely with leadership on day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong construction accounting experience, a deep understanding of project accounting, and advanced knowledge of Sage Contractor 100. Key Responsibilities Oversee WIP reporting and project accounting functions Support month-end close and financial reporting deadlines Manage AP/AR timelines tied to active construction projects Oversee project billing cycles and pay applications Perform cash flow analysis and fund transfers Review bi-weekly payroll processing Partner with accounting/data entry staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency Monitor and maintain financial integrity of data entered into Sage Ensure project financial data is entered and exported correctly Track and manage 10-20 active construction projects simultaneously Support projects ranging from $500K-$30M and timelines from 3 months to 2+ years Utilize Procore and Sage Contractor 100 daily Collaborate closely with company leadership on accounting operations and reporting What They're Looking For 5-7+ years of accounting experience required Construction industry experience
