Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post journal entries to ensure financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, investigating discrepancies and resolving issues as needed.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities by organizing financial data and assisting with account analysis.
- Review accounting records for completeness and accuracy while helping uphold internal documentation standards.
- Use QuickBooks and other accounting tools to process routine financial activity and generate supporting reports.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information needed for reconciliations, reporting, and daily accounting tasks.
