full-time Senior Cost Accountant | Rennco (ProMach) Join Rennco, a ProMach company, as our next Senior Cost Accountant! We're looking for a detail-oriented finance professional to play a key role in cost accounting, financial reporting, quoting, and business analysis. This position partners closely with Finance, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to drive accurate costing, improve financial processes, and support business growth. What You'll Do Prepare and analyze customer quotes to ensure competitive pricing and target margins. Partner with Engineering, Procurement, and Project Management to validate costs and profitability. Support month-end close activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. Analyze labor, material, and overhead costs to identify trends and opportunities. Support audits, compliance reporting, and intercompany transactions. Drive process improvements and leverage reporting tools to increase efficiency. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. 5+ years of cost accounting and financial reporting experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations. Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
