Job Description

Immediate openings in Homer, MI for production and machine operators.
Shift:
evenings and nights 2nd: Monday - Friday 3pm-11pm 3rd: Sunday - Thursday 11pm-7:20am
Pay:
$18.35/hr. - $18.50/hr.
Essential Responsibilities:
Operate manufacturing and production equipment according to established work instructions and safety procedures. Load and unload materials, components, and finished products. Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet customer and company specifications. Measure parts using gauges, calipers, and other inspection tools. Monitor equipment performance and report any mechanical issues or production concerns. Maintain production records and complete required documentation accurately. Follow all safety, quality, and environmental guidelines. Keep workstations clean, organized, and free of hazards. Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and quality personnel to achieve production targets. Assist with material handling, packaging, labeling, and shipping preparation as needed. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements. Perform other duties as assigned. Repetitive heavy lifting Must be okay with manual labor, standing, lifting upward of 30lbs Previous manufacturing experience required
