In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our aftermarket business by providing exceptional customer service while proactively driving parts and service sales growth. You will manage customer inquiries, quotations, and orders while partnering with customers to identify opportunities that improve equipment performance, uptime, and long-term support. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ Do you enjoy this work? Enter daily parts orders into system and job travelers for non-stock items Reply to all internal and external RFQ opportunities Drive revenue growth through proactive initiatives: follow-up on parts and service quotations and develop recommended spare parts programs for consolidated parts for large multimachine users Enter, manage, and maintain key contact information for parts customers Build strong customer relationships through frequent engagement, identifying opportunities to improve equipment uptime, recommending parts solutions, and support aftermarket revenue growth. Maintain high profile customer contact to guarantee quality customer service Maintain the integrity of our database by identifying/correcting/communicating inaccuracies in customer information, parts and/or pricing Be an internal resource for the external sales team on parts and pricing Respond to customer inquiries in a professional, prompt manner while proactively following up on open quotes, and customer needs to drive order Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their operational needs, recommending appropriate parts solutions, and identifying opportunities for additional aftermarket support Find correct part numbers for parts ordered using existing systems Supply feedback to management about other requirements/needs Provide customers accurate parts pricing quotations and order confirmations to support aftermarket profitability objectives Collaborate with the Materials, Engineering, and Service teams to ensure correct information transfer Help with any marketing programs and promotions that drive parts sales Manage multiple priorities in a timely fashion including reviewing customer orders, making decisions based on departmental rules and conditions, and provide order status and part number information to internal and external customers If this sounds like you, we want to connect! Previous experience in a similar customer-facing role Knowledge of packaging equipment is beneficial Proven history of excellent customer interface skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction Comfortable handling various customer interactions, such as order processing, inquiries, and upselling Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment where daily priorities often shift Track record of maintaining a sharp focus to ensure customers receive all the information they need for accurate purchases. Able to work cohesively within a team to achieve common goals efficiently and effectively Capable of communicating information effectively and responding to questions when interacting with managers, clients, and customers Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel What's in it for you?
