Senior Accountant Austin, MN 55912 Up to $100,000 a year
  • Full-time Up to $100,000 a year
  • Full-time Senior Staff Accountant
  • Payroll and HR Austin, MN Full time, Mon-Fri, 8a-4pm Up to $100K salary
  • DOE Reporting to the Controller, the Staff accountant is responsible for day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
This role has a primary ownership of the payroll system, processing and reporting, and the benefits reporting for organization. Duties include, but are not limited to: Maintain and updated outside payroll and HR system for employees Manage and complete weekly payroll processing and system reporting Manage payroll and benefits activity posting and general ledger account analysis HR and Payroll reporting requirements and updates Gross Margin analysis and reporting Fixed Asset and Accident reporting along with title management General ledger account reconciliation and reporting Other miscellaneous administrative tasks
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong Business acumen Logical thinker with leadership mentality High attention to detail Previous payroll and accounting experience Experience working with outside payroll processing ERP System experience Trucking business and multiple entity experience
  • preferred Microsoft Office
  • Outlook, Excel, Word Communication Skills Accounting or finance degree Benefits of working with
