The position is contract-based with potential to convert to permanent. The schedule includes rotating 12-hour shifts over two weeks, providing a balanced workweek. Candidates with experience in primary care and EPIC are preferred. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to employees and their dependents aged 2 years and older
• Conduct annual physicals, preventive care, well women exams, well child and sports physicals, and immunizations
• Perform minor procedures and acute same-day visits
• Manage laboratory services and point-of-care testing
• Dispense medications as a provider
• Collaborate with a clinical support team including reception, LPN/MA staff, RN Health Center Manager, and RN health educators
• Deliver care management and health education to patients Schedule and Shift Details
• 36 hours per week, rotating 12-hour shifts bi-weekly.

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Shift from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM.
