Compensation:

What You'll Be Doing Manage month-end close activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger accounting. Support manufacturing accounting processes, including inventory transactions, job costing, and WIP accounting. Process payroll and assist with related accounting activities. Serve as a backup resource for AP/AR and customer billing functions. Analyze production, purchasing, receiving, and inventory-related transactions across multiple locations. Partner with operations to understand and support manufacturing financial processes. What They're Looking For Manufacturing accounting experience is strongly preferred. Knowledge of job costing, inventory accounting, WIP accounting, and production-related accounting processes. Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent accounting experience. Payroll experience and a willingness to support multiple accounting functions. Ability to work independently and thrive in a hands-on environment with evolving processes.
