We specialize in aftermarket exotic and sports car exhaust, carbon fiber, accessories, and OEM parts for Ferrari and Lamborghini race/track cars. Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial concepts and demonstrate proficiency in various accounting software. This role involves managing financial records, preparing budgets, and ensuring compliance with securities law. The Accountant will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our financial data and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. Responsibilities Utilize QuickBooks Desktop to conduct technical accounting tasks, including reconciliations and journal entries. Monitor cash flow with daily deposits report Monitor sales margins with weekly sales report Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with applicable regulations. Manage budgeting processes, including forecasting and variance analysis. Oversee payroll functions to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation. Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations. Utilize Quickbooks software to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Audit inbound sales (Shopify, Ebay, Paypal) and reconcile against QB Records Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with relevant public accounting standards and securities law. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in budgeting, financial services, or public accounting is preferred. Strong technical accounting skills with a solid understanding of financial concepts. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex financial information.
