Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client requests and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleanliness standards. Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience in a commercial setting with a strong understanding of environmental services. Knowledge of floor care techniques including scrubbing, buffing, waxing, carpet cleaning, and floor refinishing. Ability to handle cleaning equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to health and safety guidelines. Experience with chemical agent handling and knowledge of proper usage of floor cleaning chemicals. Physical capability for heavy lifting, manual handling, and prolonged standing or walking during shifts.
