Job Overview The Accounting role is responsible for managing daily accounting activities, month-end closing, and maintaining accurate financial records. This position handles journal entries, account reconciliations, accounts payable, vendor payments, and inventory accounting, including COGS and inventory reconciliations. The role also supports financial reporting, tax filings, audits, and external accounting partners. In addition, the position provides financial analysis to management, maintains accurate ERP data, and contributes to finance process improvements and other accounting projects. Responsibilities Handle daily accounting transactions and month-end closing. Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports. Process vendor invoices, payments, and AP reconciliations. Manage inventory accounting, COGS, and inventory reconciliations. Support tax filings, audits, and external accounting service providers. Prepare financial reports and support management with financial analysis. Maintain accurate financial data in the ERP system. Support finance process improvements and other accounting projects. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2-5 years of accounting or finance experience. Knowledge of GL, AP, inventory accounting, and month-end closing. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is preferred. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Good English communication skills. Experience with a multinational or overseas sales company is preferred. Fluency in both English and Chinese is required for this role.

Compensation package Competitive salary:
