Senior Accountant About the Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join a growing finance team. This role offers broad exposure to financial reporting, project accounting, cash management, month-end close activities, and operational accounting functions. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes. Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger analyses. Assist with month-end and year-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Track project-related financial activity, budgets, and cost allocations. Assist with revenue recognition and project profitability reporting. Support external audits, financial reviews, and compliance requests. Prepare documentation required for insurance, tax, and regulatory reporting. Maintain and improve accounting procedures, controls, and system efficiencies. Partner with operations and project teams to ensure financial deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule. Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting. 4+ years of progressive accounting experience. CPA designation or CPA-track. Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting. Proficiency with ERP/accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Self-motivated with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Why Apply?
