Phoenix Center for Rehabilitation and Pediatrics in Haskell, NJ is hiring a full-time Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our clinical team. We're a CMS 5-Star rated facility in Quality Measures, and we're one of the few centers in New Jersey caring for both a geriatric skilled nursing population and medically fragile children — which makes this a genuinely interesting Registered Dietitian (RD) role. The salary range for this Registered Dietitian (RD) position is $75,000-$90,000, with the higher end based on your experience. If you're a Registered Dietitian (RD) with experience in skilled nursing, geriatrics, or pediatrics, we'd love to talk — that background is preferred but not required. What matters most is that you're a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Clinical Dietitian able to practice in the State of New Jersey. What You'll Do Complete nutrition assessments and reassessments for residents across our geriatric and pediatric units Develop and update individualized nutrition care plans as part of the interdisciplinary care team Recommend and monitor therapeutic diets, supplements, and enteral nutrition as clinically indicated Document nutrition care accurately and timely in the medical record, including MDS (Minimum Data Set) support Participate in care plan meetings and collaborate with nursing, dietary, and rehab staff Qualifications Registered Dietitian (RD) or Clinical Dietitian credential, in good standing to practice in the State of New Jersey Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF), geriatric, or pediatric setting is preferred — not required Compensation $75,000-$90,000 per year, based on experience Apply Today If you're a Registered Dietitian (RD) looking for a stable, well-rated facility with a truly unique patient population, apply now — we're reviewing candidates right away.
