Job Description
Full Job Description Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with Special Needs staff to ensure timely registration of participants
- Invoice families and direct bill fiscal intermediaries based on guidelines
- Apply payments received via check, ACH
- Enter journal entries from third party camp software into general ledger
- Help process camp payment plans
- Verify open receivables balances and make collection calls on camp and other programs
- Assist with reconciliation of credit card- follow up with staff to get receipts, prepare journal entry for review
- Backup for Accounts Payable processing
- Additional responsibilities as required.
