Job Description
WHAT AWAITS YOU
- You precisely check the national and international and digitized incoming invoices, taking into account all legal regulations.
- You easily take over the booking of incoming invoices and prepare the weekly payment runs.
- In addition, you are responsible for the preparatory activities in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- You take care of the clarification and reconciliation of accounts payable as well as the processing of open items.
- With affinity and creativity, you support us in optimizing existing processes and building new structures.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Commercial training and initial accounting experience and/or a degree with a focus on finance and accounting.
- Initial professional experience in accounts payable is desirable.
- You are characterized by attention to detail as well as a professional working style combined with a high level of personal responsibility.

- Experience with SAP (ideally
SAP ERP 6.0 FI, MM
) and electronic banking systems is an advantage.- A confident handling of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word) as well as good English skills complete your profile.
