Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic Strong & Fit Instructor to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about fitness, health, and helping others achieve their physical goals. The instructor will lead engaging strength and conditioning classes, fostering a positive environment that encourages personal growth and fitness excellence. Candidates with university experience are encouraged to apply, as this background can enhance the instructional approach and program development. Duties Lead group strength and fitness classes tailored to various skill levels Develop and implement effective workout routines that promote strength, endurance, and overall fitness Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to ensure proper technique and safety Motivate participants to achieve their personal fitness goals Monitor class participants for proper form and provide modifications as needed Maintain a clean and organized workout space before and after classes Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and incorporate innovative exercises into sessions Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment that encourages participant engagement and retention Requirements Proven experience or certification in fitness instruction, with a focus on strength training preferred University experience or background that supports instructional skills and program development is highly desirable Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of participants Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, safety protocols, and injury prevention Ability to lead classes confidently while maintaining a professional demeanor Passion for health, wellness, and helping others improve their physical fitness levels Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends if required MUST have two years' experience as Group Fitness Instructor.
