Job Description:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong full-cycle accounting experience, excellent analytical skills, and a solid understanding of NetSuite. This role will support day-to-day accounting activities, month-end close, and various financial reporting responsibilities. Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable , including invoice processing, 3-way matching, vendor setup, payment runs, and resolution of discrepancies. Prepare and post journal entries (accruals, prepaid expenses, depreciation, reclasses, adjustments). Complete monthly account reconciliations , including bank, credit card, intercompany, accruals, and balance sheet accounts. Assist with month-end close , ensuring timely and accurate completion of close tasks and reporting deadlines. Support cash flow monitoring , including daily cash activity and forecasting inputs. Assist with AP/AR aging reviews , identify issues, and communicate solutions with stakeholders. Help prepare supporting schedules for audits, tax filings, and internal/external reporting. Participate in process improvements , automation initiatives, and NetSuite optimization projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2-4 years of accounting experience; prior exposure to full-cycle AP/GL preferred. Experience with NetSuite strongly preferred. Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles. Proficiency in Excel and ability to analyze and interpret financial data. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
