$90,000-$120,000 + bonus eligibility
Position Summary :
Seeking a hands-on Controller to manage Client's daily accounting and financial operations, including collections, accounts payable, bank transfers, deal funding, bookkeeping, investor payments, and regulatory filings This is an upgraded role suited for an experienced bookkeeper or AP professional ready to take on broader ownership Key Requirements 2 plus years of accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, or financial operations experience Strong full-cycle bookkeeping and cash-management skills Experience managing invoices, repayments, bank transfers, reconciliations, and financial record sProficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and report creation Strong communication, organization, accuracy, and initiative Comfortable managing a high-volume workload and working onsite five days per week Preferred Experience Salesforce and business banking platforms Specialty finance, private lending, or fund administration NMLS, DFPI, state licensing, or regulatory filings Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
